Multiple rounds of seed and bridge funding. • Consultation and implementation of several divestitures of material segments of fortune clients, deal value ranges between $2bn to $4bn.(part of a mergers and acquisition (M&A) transaction). • Performed financial analysis and implementation of key transactional outsource processes - OTC, PTP, RTR for large public clients – Achieved savings of more than 30%. • Corporate finance, ASC842, Carve-out accounting for public clients. • Responsible for elements of financial technical Accounting, SEC Reporting, audit and assurance practice, forecasting, and budgets. • Responsible for monthly 5-day reporting cycle of European Finance Operations of SEC Registrant. • Consulting and managing the acquisition and reporting requirements of private companies by fortune public companies. • Business planning and growing consulting division to service large public clients – Achieved more than 30%. growth in revenues. These were already conceptualized through the budget and forecasting process and validated through the cash flow process. Executive board member of CKH Cares Inc.(Not-for-Profit) serving the needs of CKH staff impacted by the war in Ukraine.
