This summer, I am interning in Equity Sales & Trading at Piper Sandler in Greenwich, CT, where I’m gaining hands-on experience in financial markets, client engagement, and trading strategies. I’m learning to navigate Bloomberg Terminal for real-time data analysis and trade simulations, building daily investment strategies, and using Excel to organize company and client data. I’m also deepening my understanding of market structure, trading mechanics, and equity research by preparing stock pitches and learning how to align investment ideas with institutional client needs. This internship is helping me develop the skills to communicate effectively with clients, analyze market trends, and think critically about how to sell a stock in fast-paced environments.
