Nicky Wright specialises in developing and driving resilient supply chains for major infrastructure clients throughout the commercial lifecycle. With deep expertise in procurement, commercial strategy, and project delivery across both public and private sectors, she has contributed to the success of many high-profile programmes across the built environment.Nicky partners with clients to drive visibility and market intelligence through complex value chains—delivering early, executable supply chain strategies that mitigate risk and strengthen delivery performance in an increasingly volatile market. She leads with a market-first approach, leveraging the capabilities and expertise of her strong and growing network of UK suppliers and Trade Associations to ensure strategies are informed, tested, and aligned with real-world delivery. Nicky champions the principle of \"outcome focus\", embedding transparency and an output focused method to every phase of project planning through to execution.A strong advocate for sustainability and responsible sourcing, her MSc research at UCL focused on Social Value and Modern Slavery in the Construction Sector, reinforcing the importance of informed intelligence in helping clients meet their sustainability goals and embed best practice across supply networks. She originally studied Civil and Environmental Engineering at Imperial College London (MEng). She was named Consultant of the Year in the 10th Anniversary of the European Woman in Construction and Engineering (WICE) Awards 2025 and also won the Distinguished Winner award. She is a Board Member of the British Aviation Group and active member of the Major Projects Association.
