Selected to be part of a team of seven to deliver vital transition training for the annual intake of @150 graduates into a company employing over people in the UK. Delivering group and 1-1 training, plus individual coaching. We helped them move from university to workplace and often onto frontline management positions.Assisted in the design and development of a company values workshop. Delivered globally to the top 200 managers of a world leading manufacturing company who employs 3,500 people in the Americas Europe and Asia. Provide regular coaching review of goals and whole life issues to an international business consultant based in Europe. Have worked with a range of senior leaders in retail property transport and manufacturing with the specific focus on ‘Feel the Fear’ enabling individuals to overcome critical blocks to high performance. Worked with local business owners in HR, Wellbeing, Sports Therapy and Training Consultancy. Through one to one business coaching we get underneath the surface story, identify the root of their problem and move towards changing behaviour enabling both client and the business to thrive.Using tools and strategies from “Feel the Fear and do it Anyway” I have delivered workshops to groups helping them overcome anxiety and stress whilst building self-confidence and resilience to stretch out of their comfort zones and build life’s they truly desire and deserve. In 2016 I created a monthly personal development programme for women in business. Women who want to thrive in all areas of their life. Aimed at Business Women who value investing in themselves as part of their business development strategy.
