We are so excited to bring a second company to the Discover Your Bounce Group! Discover Your Bounce For Business aims to bring a creative, forward thinking series of workshops called Engage! to organisations and teams aimed at increasing wellbeing in the workplace. There are 12 workshops to choose from under the themes mind, body, spirit and vision - with three progressive levels in each. Companies can choose just one or all twelve depending on their needs.
