In my role as Operational Excellence and Service Transformation Director for Hays Enterprise Solutions, I am responsible for optimizing productivity by designing, implementing, and monitoring business processes across the global business to better serve our customers needs. This role involves partnering with both internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders, client services and delivery teams to review & optimise service agreements, share best practices, and identify areas for service transformation & evolution. Key responsibilities include:Leadership & Culture Management: Leading a high-performance culture aligned with client and Hays values, building effective relationships, and supporting organizational change management.Operational Excellence: Acting as the Global SME for operational rigor, managing the Global Operating Method toolkits, monitoring client feedback, and ensuring transformation projects align with the optimal Target Operating Models.Governance & Accountability: Providing a governance structure to ensure accountability and predictability of transformation outcomes, and reporting on transformation performance to senior execs in Hays.
