About Nicky Ghaleche
Helping people has always been my biggest motivator, which is why I found HR to be my calling. What better way to help people in the corporate setting than to help people find jobs and to use one of my biggest strengths, empathy, to help employees thrive in their work setting. I began my career in customer service, which taught me a great deal about working with people, as well as multitasking. I became the Customer Service Supervisor and managed a team of 4 receptionists. I later found myself working as an HR Coordinator and Recruiter. I also have experience working in digital marketing for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston. I have always been a people person and been able to empathize and relate to almost everyone I have crossed paths with. My passion is to grow in my HR career and continue to learn and thrive in this field. I want to build trust with the people I work with and make them feel safe in their environment. I want to help others grow in their field as well.
