https://linktr.ee/BrightLead I’m committed to enabling people to be their best-selves, facilitating leadership development courses and individual and group coaching, for middle and senior leaders in a wide variety of industries, including security, video games studios and developers, education and large engineering corporates. I also provide a variety of leadership consultancy services.In education this focus upon staff leadership development creates transformational learning experiences for the young people we serve, engendering a life-long love of learning, creativity and curiosity in this rapidly changing world. In other industries the transformational impact is seen in company, team and individual productivity, commitment, positivity and well-being. With 30 years in education, 17 of them in senior leadership, developing people (and myself) is my life’s work. As I left the Headship of Bruton School for Girls, it was shortlisted for the Small Independent School of the Year Award, and ISI described leadership as \'dynamic and visionary\'. I was the Chair of the Girls\' School\'s Association\'s Professional Development committee, and a GSA Council member. I am a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC) and both a Resilient Leaders Elements and Emergenetics Consultant.
