I oversee a team of 7 editorial staff from Senior Editors to Editorial Assistants. I manage the work in progress of titles for Frances Lincoln, White Lion cookery and our new cookery imprint Carnival. I also work on my own titles, including attending and managing photo shoots for the Sunday Times Bestselling Complete Air Fryer Cookbook series.I manage and supervise the delivery of the adult illustrated publishing programme to budget, schedule and high quality standards, involving the correct allocation and management of in-house staff and the appropriate deployment of third party suppliers; as well as liaising with production, foreign rights and sales departments to make sure that they have the necessary information and resources. This involves collaborating with the Group Publisher, Publishers and Commissioning Editors for each imprint.
