As a highly motivated senior manager working within the care sector for many years I have demonstrated professional growth and the ability to lead my team in providing an excellent level of service to our customers. During my career I have worked hard to remain current in both my learning and in my practices. I put myself through my BSc (Hons) and was lucky to be able to complete my Masters Degree with Barchester Health Care. I have completed an in-depth project on workforce planning, attracting and recruiting.I am able to lead a team with confidence and charisma and enjoy the challenges that are presented in meeting both my own objectives and those of the organisation. I am able to support my peers in achieving the best quality services, exploring diversification, marketing services effectively to bring maximum results, improving profit margins and growing and keeping outstanding people.
