Solutions help to remove the paper from all processes (latest Forrester analyst report shows 77% of organisations still use paper in some of their processes!), eliminate the need for physically in-person meetings and replace repetitive manual administrative tasks with smarter interactions. Outcomes are not just cost and CO2 savings, but better customer experience and more productive, engaged staff. With the right technologies, organisations can be agile enough to change within weeks to very different circumstances (without wrecking it) and often growing from such changes.
