Fitness is one of the most important aspects of overall health. I’m passionate about promoting it. During my 15+ years managing and owning commercial fitness gyms and selling memberships, I came to fully embrace how impactful fitness can be. Now, I’m using that knowledge, combined with my passion for business and fitness, to help even more gym owners. If you think about it, maintaining the PHYSICAL health of a body and the FISCAL health of a gym or fitness studio have a lot in common: In order to thrive, both need:• good fuel (nourishing food or flourishing attendance) • strengthening activities (exercise or new programs to bring in more members)• from time to time, extra support (vitamins/physical therapy or outside business help)That’s where I come in.
