I am an innovator sharing ideas & experiences to empower & inspire people to reach their Full Potential. I accomplish this in my corporate job as a member of Cigna’s Human Resources & Services team serving as the Learning Environments and Technology Leader for the company. I also do this through my family\'s non-profit, CITE Inc. where I have two different initiatives to help people: The Full Potential Podcast and InnovateCT I have had a diverse career as an entrepreneur, IT professional and now HR professional. I have been able to inspire people through mentoring, coaching, social media and now my family\'s non-profit over my 20 year career.
