Hi, I’m Nick. I’m the VP of Merchandising at Floor & Decor, based in Atlanta.I started my career in the store, working directly with customers and learning the business from the ground up. Over time, I moved into store management, where I honed my skills in operations, leadership, and driving performance in a fast-paced retail environment.From there, I transitioned into corporate roles that broadened my perspective on merchandising, supply chain, and category management. Each position gave me deeper insight into what makes a retail business thrive, from product selection and vendor partnerships to inventory planning and pricing strategy.Today, I lead merchandising strategy at a national level, focusing on creating an exceptional customer experience while delivering strong business results. My approach blends hands-on operational experience with data-driven decision-making and a commitment to building strong, collaborative teams.I’m passionate about retail, problem-solving, and finding innovative ways to connect customers with the products they love.
