Senior Project Manager responsible for Data Centre Consolidation and Security Improvements Programme. Objectives - To manage the development of security standards for CSR global IT according to best practice and business requirements. To implement security, incident, event monitoring systems. To upgrade IT firewall perimeter by replacing current firewall devices at 25 sites to Palo Alto firewalls and implementing a complete clean-up of rules across all sites. To harden IT client and servers platforms (windows/unix) by developing standards, auditing and remediate. Results (as of Jun. 2015)- Developed and implemented new IT security standards. Security, incident and event monitoring processes and systems (Splunk, Bit-9, Carbon Black) deployed, dashboards and reports designed and handed over to security operations. Palo Alto firewalls deployed into service with clean rulesets (50% complete), Windows and Unix servers and clients audited for security vulnerabilities, high risk gaps remediated.
