Managed key System Center applications, including SCCM – Patch Management, App deployment. Supported VoIP phone and MS systems, with a focus on Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace. Track, manage, and maintain IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, lifecycle management, and decommissioning. Lead infrastructure projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
