I have over 20 years of experience in assisting clients with their insurance recovery needs for mass torts (including PFAS, asbestos, opioids and other drugs, mercury, and other environmental contaminants), with a focus on legacy liabilities. I help clients understand the value of their insurance coverage and how it is impacted by insurer insolvencies and London Market schemes of arrangement, and I have read and analyzed thousands of general liability and excess insurance policies over the years to help my clients. I also have assisted many clients in locating and proving lost insurance policies in order to secure funding for claims.
