ABOUT NICK SHEPTAK
My journey into copywriting began in 2007 while working as a Production Assistant (PA) at Trailer Park. I learned that there are people who write trailers for a living and figured I\'d give it a try. I took to it pretty naturally and here we are. Along the way I\'ve played a part (big, small and everywhere in between) in several campaigns for movies, television shows and video games. Some were nominated for awards. Others even won. The best part was getting to see ideas I had and words I wrote come to life on screens of all sizes. I wrote copy, taglines, concepts, character dialogue, narration, songs, speeches and probably more that I\'m forgetting. A combination of the pandemic and other life events brought me back to Illinois in 2020 where I worked remote until 2022 when I decided I wanted something full time, local and with better work/life balance than what I had. That\'s when I joined Radancy and my career took a new and interesting turn. Now my days are spent writing copy for websites, emails, social posts and more.
