I left the Tech industry to focus on what matters most: helping people build confidence, purpose, and meaningful careers.Today, I provide career counseling and job placement support through Job Corps, guiding underserved youth toward education and employment opportunities. I also mentor first-generation, low-income students through CodePath, offering resume reviews and mock interviews to help them break into competitive industries.Earlier in my career at Cruise and Indeed, I built recruiting systems and training programs that helped thousands connect with opportunity.
