Little Lilacs was founded by my wife and I to support women and families in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It has since grown from a one doula organization to seven doulas serving the DFW Metroplex. Further growing to form a sister business that is a collective of independent practitioners that support families in a holistic manner- Led the design and development of brand, website, and business technology systems to effectively operate a growing service business- Drive focus on automation of systems from potential client consultation, contract execution, payment systems, and scheduling - Continuously monitor and improve SEO practices- Responsible for onboarding and training new doulas/contractors in the business systems
