ABOUT NICK PRANGNELL

Since I\'ve been at the forefront of shared services; designing, building and leading Global Business Services (GBS) and Finance Shared Services. I am proud to lead GBS at Smith+Nephew, an award winning GBS organisation. Prior to this, I established and led Norgine\'s GBS, across five Functions and before that, I led shared services operations (c.950 staff globally), at Iron Mountain (global leader in business services).My excellent track record spans transformation, organisational design, operating model improvement, working with client leaders to deliver lasting impact in diverse situations and environments- clients ranged from FTSE 50, Fortune 100 to Government agencies, across sectors including; Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, Banking and Insurance- with projects based in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and AsiaPreviously, I was the UK and EMEA Consulting Lead at Deloitte founding the GBS go-to-market proposition and leading the creation of the Global GBS Methodology.My approach is to swiftly stabilise situations, set clear visions and goals to deliver significant change that provides value for the business and my customers. I drive high team performance, with a supportive, affable and collegiate approach. I bring unique experience with the level of advisory expertise I have, combined with a track record of success of being an operational leader.For me trust, authenticity and treating others with respect and development is important and has been a hallmark of my approach throughout my career.
