Nicolas’ prime responsibilities will be to support the development of the projects technology business case, engage lockstep with the technology development team, conduct FEL studies, design, procure and construct facilities in conjunction with operating teams to achieve a seamless transition to the new operations. Nicolas will be responsible to manage project team engagement with all technology providers and implementation partners such that learnings and strategies will carry through to Alcoa’s technology deployment program. He will also engage with Project Steering committees in relation to breakthrough technology deployment as well as support technology development projects at the Alcoa Technical Center.
