As a partner in Cox & Palmer\'s Saint John office, I have over 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on financing transactions, private equity investments and corporate reorganizations. I help clients navigate complex legal issues and achieve their business goals with practical and strategic advice. I have a unique perspective and a strong background in technology, having obtained a bachelor\'s degree in computer science before pursuing my law degree at the University of New Brunswick.
