Project Management:• Lead and manage all phases of mechanical design projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones using project management tools and methodologies.• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.• Regularly communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve any issues.• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.• Ensure the completion of projects on schedule and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality expectations.Mechanical Design:• Design mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, KeyCreator).• Create and review detailed design drawings, schematics, and specifications.• Perform engineering calculations to validate the functionality, efficiency, and safety of mechanical systems.• Conduct simulations, prototyping, and testing of designs to ensure they meet operational requirements and standards.• Collaborate with engineers and other designers to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.• Provide support during the manufacturing process to ensure designs are properly implemented and any issues are addressed promptly.• Maintain documentation for design changes, revisions, and approvals
