As a Safety Manager and EHS Professional, I have experience in ensuring the safety and compliance of construction and solar installation sites. I am passionate about promoting a strong safety culture, providing guidance on best practices, and aligning site safety efforts with corporate and regulatory standards.In my current role as a Safety Manager at HazTek Safety Management, I work closely with the General Contractor and subcontractors to identify potential hazards, reinforce compliance, and foster open communication between all stakeholders. I also collaborate with the GC and subcontractors to monitor site conditions and safety performance, creating a safer, more efficient work environment that prioritizes the well-being of everyone on-site. Previously, I established and oversaw a comprehensive EHS training initiative at SunPower Corporation, aligning with regulations and industry standards. I also helped develop and uphold compliance programs, conducted regular site inspections, and contributed to incident investigations and prevention strategies.
