As Contentful\'s GTM Onboarding Manager, I oversee the programs New Hires in our Field organisation go through when joining the Company. I own the content lifecycle, from current material audits to identifying gaps and collaborating with stakeholders across departments to capture necessary processes to add them to our onboarding experience. I have notably revamped our Account Executive Onboarding for faster ramp time and I lead the enablement aspects of the creation of a new role internally. Additionally, I evaluate the success of our onboarding by analysing data such as the completion rate, activity gradings, ramp time, and time to productivity of our reps. I have developed multiple reports that translate the data into actionable reporting to measure our impact and inform our future projects.
