The (re)MIND® model has two additional components, Felton BEAM and BEAM UP®, for individuals diagnosed with bipolar or mood disorders with psychosis and for individuals at clinical high risk of developing psychosis, respectively. The Clinical Care Manager I works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for coordinating participant care within the team and with community partners. This includes evaluating the strengths and needs of participants; identifying treatment goals collaboratively with participants and team members; and providing therapeutic interventions that target psychosis, mood, and additional issues that may impact recovery (such as trauma, substance use, interpersonal problems, and environmental stressors). The Clinical Care Manager I provides services to participants in both the office and in the community (homes, schools, libraries, etc.).
