Engineering leader focused on building and operating large-scale compute infrastructure platforms that power global services.I currently lead global teams responsible for LinkedIn’s compute infrastructure platforms, spanning virtualization, Linux and Windows environments, and hybrid cloud integrations. My teams operate and evolve the core infrastructure that enables engineers and internal services to run reliably at scale across multiple regions.My focus is on improving reliability, scalability and operational efficiency through automation, infrastructure-as-code, and strong engineering practices. This includes driving platform improvements using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and CI/CD tooling, while helping teams move toward more automated and self-service infrastructure models.Prior to leading the global compute platform teams, I helped build out LinkedIn’s international infrastructure footprint across EMEA and APAC, supporting rapid regional expansion and datacenter growth. I later served as Technical Lead for Systems Engineering, responsible for infrastructure implementation, lifecycle management and platform scaling. During this time I also worked on containerisation initiatives using Kubernetes and AKS to support modern application platforms.Earlier in my career I worked in infrastructure and operations roles supporting enterprise environments across Windows, Linux and Unix systems, storage platforms and virtualization technologies.I enjoy building high-performing engineering teams, mentoring engineers as they grow in their careers, and creating environments where teams can safely operate complex infrastructure while continuously improving reliability and deployment velocity.I’m particularly interested in infrastructure platforms that support large-scale distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and emerging AI workloads.
