Nick Martin has been selling real estate since 2007 and has accomplished many milestones in his career. After first being licensed, Martin and two other partners created The HomeStyle Team. In two short years they went on to be the top 100 team in the World for RE/MAX. Martin and team primarily focused on bank owned homes, distress properties and traditional real estate which managed over 350 properties at any given time. At the age of 25, Martin opened his first Brokerage RE/MAX Diamond in Mesa, AZ. This allowed Martin to learn another side of real estate well beyond his years engrossing himself in contract law, legal issues and how to protect the Buyer and/or Seller in a transaction. After selling over 1600 homes all over the Phoenix Metropolitan area, Martin decided to take a break from real estate to pursue his dream of becoming a professional race car driver. Martin sold his RE/MAX real estate business in late 2013 and set out to obtain his competition license for road racing. Martin achieved his goal in record pace and was invited to the prestigious NASA competition school in just 10 short weeks after starting his journey. This proves Martin’s drive, motivation and perseverance in anything he puts his mind towards. Martin spent most of 2014 racing and recharging his battery from the long hard days of real estate. Martin has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry and as a Realtor in Chandler, Martin is currently aligned with Phoenix View Realty, a specialized boutique office in the East Valley as a Broker Associate. Nick Martin & Annette Martin co-founded the new up and coming team in East Valley Real Estate, The Results Real Estate Team.
