The IT Director, Americas Enterprise Client Services (ECS) is responsible for leading the strategy and services relating to IT client services across the geographic area, businesses, and functions. Key responsibilities include: • Lead the regional client services teams in strategy, standardization, planning and service delivery. • Across global and regional teams lead the delivery of the “End User Experience”, encompassing all aspects of user interaction with IT, guiding the ECS team as the “Face of IT”. • Lead the ECS team providing client service at all levels within the geographic area in line with global strategy and processes, driving standardization and consolidation of infrastructure components within the respective region and ensure best fit for business requirements in line with other IT pillars and departments. • Participate in architectural discussions and in evaluation of new products or services both at a regional and global level. • Service Delivery Manager for the covered geographical area (North and South America) • Act as high-level contact for business leadership and local management • Maintaining inventory of all IT assets, including services, hardware & applications, for sites and countries within scope of responsibility • Coordinating with peers in other regions on common practices for support and functionality • Strictly follow and propagate corporate initiatives • Actively participate and enforce the usage of global standardization, create and respect working processes and ensures that all processes are in line with ITIL and the corporate strategy • Creating, managing, and monitoring of all relevant IS budgets within the geographical area. • Managing staff holidays to ensure service coverage by leveraging cross-geographic resources. • Professional development, career path and succession planning for staff.
