Co-Founded and grew a nonprofit from the ground up to a nationally-recognized organization among both entrepreneurs and local, state, and federal government officials.At CivStart, Nick runs nonprofit business operations, including payroll, budgeting, accounting, invoicing, HR, communications, PR, and marketing. In his role, Nick also spearheads new program and product development. Nick has been the lead in creating a culture of active communication, transparency, accountability, and autonomy at CivStart, which is a fully-remote team. As a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors, Nick is also heavily involved in high-level organizational strategy.Nick led the CivStart’s Inclusive GovTech Entrepreneurship Task Force and co-leads CivStart\'s programs for government leaders to successfully identify needs, source innovative startup solutions, and launch pilot programs. Nick works with CivStart\'s startups to provide strategic consulting and support for marketing and PR as well as designs and curates CivStart\'s accelerator curriculum by coordinating with industry experts to deliver educational, marketing, and business development support to CivStart’s startups.
