   As a people manager and project manager within TE Connectivity’s Global Trade Services Program Management Office, my job is to make sure the company builds an infrastructure of policies, procedures, automation, risk management, learning, and talent development to successfully navigate global trade compliance regulations when conducting international business. I lead cross-functional and cross-business unit projects spanning multiple countries to develop and deploy improvements to TE\'s global trade compliance program. My work addresses the exports, sanctions, and customs disciplines, and requires daily collaboration with stakeholders and leaders throughout the company, including both trade professionals and other functions and business leaders. My primary focus is to foster transparency and accountability in our operations to mitigate global trade regulatory compliance risk.
