After graduating from college, I joined a leading retail company where I had the privilege of overseeing technology, data, loyalty, merchandising, and operations across various levels. I spearheaded the development of our digital and e-commerce strategy, which marked a significant turning point in my career. As the business evolved, I embraced the challenge of mastering perishable goods merchandising. My passion has always been to solve complex problems by building strong, dynamic teams. Over 14 years, I was fortunate to do exactly that, dedicating myself to a cause I deeply believe in.In early 2019, I ventured into a new sector by joining a leading human capital management provider, where I led teams focused on revolutionizing established market strategies. This role reignited my passion for making impactful contributions to top-tier companies and fostering exceptional talent.By mid-2022, I transitioned into property and casualty insurance, tasked with guiding a product management organization in scaling a SaaS business globally. Central to our mission was honoring the company\'s legacy of industry leadership and innovation while developing unique, flexible solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.On a personal note, I am fortunate to share my life with my wonderful wife and daughter.
