MBA Graduate with excellent Leadership and management experience, working in an Agile IT environment. Have strong experience working with both internal and external vendors, small projects with a few stakeholders to Enterprise projects with stakeholders spanning across multiple lines of business teams.Currently working as the Sr Business Analyst for Genesys Omnichannel and Salesforce CRM project and initiatives which includes working with multiple teams globally as we implement Genesys Cloud and integrated solutions with Salesforce CRM. In my prior position, I supported different business teams working towards business process improvements through IT solutions using Agile processes the main methodology, working with applications such as Salesforce and other web based tools. Part of implementation of a new Cloud based solution for the travel insurance department and closely working with external vendor based in Oslo, Norway to ensure all user stories were designed correctly and testing prior to implementation.Truly enjoy working with projects, and is always looking for ways to positively make changes within our team and our overall department. At TD Bank, I was managing a group of 4 professional Business analysts working on various projects from small production issues to larger Enterprise projects. Prior experience with Six sigma project and is Green belt certified. Experience working with internal as well as external auditors, data analysis, project management and oversight and development of business requirements documents following both agile and iterative delivery methods.
