This includes both organizational strategy to enhance our internal operations and go-to-market strategies to effectively introduce our innovations to the market, all while keeping an eye on long-term growth.As a co-founder of BigRentz, we continue to redefine industry standards in equipment rental, making it easier and more efficient for everyone involved.I also co-founded KushCo Holdings, steering it from a modest packaging provider to a diversified industry giant, achieving sales growth of 100-285% annually for five years straight. Under my leadership, KushCo became one of the largest ancillary companies in the U.S. before its acquisition by Greenlane Holdings, Inc.(Nasdaq: GNLN), where I was then asked to lead the company post-deal.Beyond business, I\'m deeply involved in public service as the Chairman of the Orange County Fair Board, overseeing the OC Fair & Event Center. This year-round facility isn\'t just about our largest and best-known event, the summer fair; it\'s a hub for community events, exhibits, and charitable programming.
