Engineer and founder turned advisor and capital partner.I’ve founded, acquired, and successfully exited companies by building “teams of teams” that move quickly, simplify complexity, and win.I began my career as an engineer for VC-backed startups before founding MojoTech 2008 and growing it into a leading agency that became the innovation arm and rescue crew for startups and Fortune 100s alike. I sold MojoTech in 2022 after scaling it into a repeatable engine for innovation and execution.Applying what I’d done for clients, I led the acquisition of AutoRaptor, a SaaS company, reset strategy, rebuilt leadership, and drove it to a successful exit in under two years.Today, I partner with founders and investors to sharpen execution, elevate leadership, and build exceptional teams.
