I am an independent CFP® professional with Financial Professionals, Inc. since January of 2015. This is my twelfth year in the Financial Planning Industry after twenty one years as a vocational pastor. The unique traits needed in both of my career backgrounds have prepared me to work closely with clients to help them create concrete goals, and then help review their investment, insurance, tax and estate planning strategies to ensure each is helping work towards the goals they have set. Today I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional of our firm and a member in good standing with the Financial Planning Association. My past experiences with another Broker/Dealer provided an opportunity to serve as a Registered Principal while managing other investment representatives. I have completed my series 7, 6, 63, and 65 Securities registrations and the Series 26 Principal Exam. I’m also licensed for Life, Health, Disability and Long Term Care Insurance. As a registered representative with Cambridge Investment Research, Inc, I’m qualified for Securities and contract fee advisory services in Kansas and Missouri. My bride of 31 years and I love being with our 25 year old daughter and 22 year old son. Leslie is a girls PE teacher in the Lee\'s Summit school district at the new middle school, East Trails. Brittany works as a Labor & Delivery nurse at St. Luke\'s on the Plaza, and Tré is a CAD specialist at Burns & McDonnell. I enjoy golf, relaxing while working in our yard and landscaping, and perfecting my skills in smoking many different meats as I take in the beautiful surroundings of the Midwest!
