I design and help deliver meaningful user focused digital products and services.I’ve spent the last 8 years in both hands-on design and leadership roles at well known brands and the government.I’ve helped people take control and understand their finances (previously on the Barclays mobile banking app, Lloyds Banking app, Capital One and currently at Experian). I’ve shaped and designed new government digital services (Previously at Ministry of Justice, Public Health England and NHS England), including leading the design of the main government Covid-19 data dashboard.I’ve headed and transformed the digital design team for one of the largest UK retailers (Argos) during their time of transitioning to working in internal agile product teams.Prior to that, I spent the first part my career in various digital design agencies and consultancies.I advocate, and typically work in close collaboration with, product and development within an agile delivery environment.Key skills:Product designInteraction designUI designUX design
