I\'ve been in the business of making people happy since I started working at my parent\'s coffee house in Laguna Hills back in 2004. Since then I\'ve been able to support the people around me by providing the sales reports, workflow optimizations, and insights to keep them and their teams afloat. I use my technical, strategic, and project management toolkits to help teams work better together.I spent time in management at Ambry Genetics where I cemented my respect for leaders in the industry, and rediscovered my love for training. While serving in that role I went through Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training which opened the door for me to lead projects which resulted in immediate savings and boosts to team morale. The last few years with Hyundai Captial have given me a framework for how to build sales enablement tools in various programs like Tableau or Excel, as well as roadmapping improvement plans forged from a fusion of executive direction & stakeholder requirements.
