Administering quality review of appraisal products for accuracy reconciling discrepancies and designate the appropriate valuation conclusion- Compliance reviews include portfolio, USPAP, FNMA, FHLC, FHA, and VA to determine level of support for current opinion and areas requiring correction for appraisal to be considered satisfactory- Analyze appraisals and various valuations reports provided by third party venders, to ensure valuation products meet quality expectations based upon company policy and procedures requirements- Understand collateral risk tools (FNC GAAR, ACRP), in performance of valuation underwriting functions and independently verify certain data supplied within appraisal products, leveraging alternative data sources and assessment tools- Review both manual and automated assessment with valuation content to determine credibility and valuated risk assessment for each file review- Developed streamline process achieving top level production of loan reviews and consistently attained highest ratings which directly led to advancement to multiple positions including; Retail, Home Equity, Quality Review/Escalations, and Default/Risk Valuations- Achieved multiple Chase Key Awards for outstanding performance- Continually Achieve 100% compliance for quality review performance- Achieved multiple Chase Star awards for top producer- Successful coach and trainer with team members on operational processes.
