ABOUT NICKI LAKE RADZELY
As the founder and CEO of Doddle & Co, I led a team of passionate and creative professionals who shared a vision of making essential, innovative, and smart tools for parents everywhere. In seven years I honed my skills for product ideation, r&d, raising capital, prototyping, safety testing, branding, marketing & sales, forecasting, manufacturing, operations, financials and shipping/logistics. I established Doddle & Co as a trusted and respected brand in the baby space amongst stores like Target, Nordstrom, Buy Buy Baby, Pottery Barn Kids, Anthropologie, thousands of baby boutiques, Amazon and distribution in more than 18 countries. My core competencies include marketing, branding, building teams and strategy, as well as a knack for solving tough problems and building companies from, what was once an idea on a post-it-note to shelf. I am a guest lecturer of business at Rutgers Business School, where I share my insights and expertise with aspiring entrepreneurs.
