About Nickil Chopraa

I use my experiences as a social entrepreneur, venture builder and policy reformer to design and scale social innovations globally. As an entrepreneur I’ve founded three ventures on impact areas ranging from voter rights to social-justice education. Through my first venture EJCON, I helped secure the adoption of India’s most climate-friendly energy legislation ever into national law and was awarded a National Commendation from the Indian Government for these contributions. At the London School of Economics, I served as the Founding Program Manager of the world’s largest impact accelerator program, a £50M initiative designed to scale social ventures into global unicorns. My entrepreneurial passion is supplemented by deep policymaking experience: I’ve drafted national education and gender justice legislation; managed winning national and state election campaigns, and achieved the inclusion of pioneering LGBTQ rights into Indian political manifestos.    Mar 2024 — Present

   Set up family offices for HNIs in London & Mumbai, and led venture development programmes overseeing the deployment of a combined £5 million in assets to global impact ventures.> Identified ~50 high potential, high growth early stage ventures, oversaw the investment process and managed a combined portfolio of ~30 global ventures.>Managed media strategy, manifesto creation and civil society outreach for one of India’s largest political parties for the 2024 general election and Maharashtra’s state election campaigns.
