About Nicki Lantz
I grew up in a military, police, fire and public safety environment, so my roots are deep within the public safety community. I love public speaking, teaching and being a liaison between departments. I have over 14 years experience in the fire and EMS dispatch environment, with over 10 of those years with Johnson County. I pride myself with having great work ethic and project completion, as well as a focused and detail-oriented leadership style. I was in a supervisory role for almost 4 years at a county fire and EMS dispatch agency, serving over residents. I recently left an administrative assistant position with a local fire district to explore my passions and find fulfillment in helping others.
