With 20 years of work experience, I am a passionate and skilled entrepreneur, birth worker and sales professional. I have a bachelor\'s degree in business/corporate communications and a trained birth doula certification from Dona International. I believe in empowering women and families through holistic and compassionate care during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. I also have a strong background in account management, direct sales, and customer service, and I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and partners. As the president and birth worker at Designer Births, I provided labor and delivery and postpartum doula services to expectant and new mothers, as well as education and support on breastfeeding, infant care, and maternal health. I also managed the business operations, marketing, and finances of the company, and grew the client base and revenue by 50% in one year. Prior to that, I was the president at Consulta Enterprise, where I facilitated the necessary paperwork and compliance for state-owned construction projects, using the OFCC\'s OAKSCI software program.
