ABOUT NICK HOPSON
I’m a Program Coordinator at Innovative Captive Strategies, where I support 10+ captives while also managing a captive of 50+ members. I work with internal teams and external partners to keep things running smoothly and make sure renewals stay organized and on track. A big part of my role is preparing reports, helping analyze performance, and supporting day-to-day operations. I enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and finding ways to improve processes. I’m always looking to grow and take on more responsibility as I continue developing in the captive insurance space.
