   Overview: ProHealth Care is a community-based healthcare organization comprising of three hospitals, twelve primary care clinics, which include home healthcare, long-term care, etc. This role reported to the Manger of Finance, collaborated regularly with administrative and clinical executives to specialize in proforma creation, budgeting/forecasting, KPI review, service line analysis, productivity analysis, provider compensation analysis, and strategic financial planning.Accomplishments:• Financial Reporting: Every Tuesday and Thursday, and on a needed ad-hoc basis, compiled a series of financial reports, within Excel, for ProHealth Care’s various entities etc. detailing each entity’s patient census, payor mix, charge summary, Epic-related data, etc. Once reviewed by the Director of Finance, these reports were subsequently converted to PDFs and emailed out to the Chief Financial Officer and other key stakeholders for executives to have key insights on operational and financial performance.• Proforma Creation: Constructed a proforma of projected revenues, charges, allowances, drug & supply expenses, clinical volumes, etc. for executive committee members to have decision support capability related to an internal promotion of team-based NP to paneled NP.• Proforma Creation: Constructed a proforma of projected revenues, charges, allowances, drug & supply expenses, clinical volumes, etc. for executive committee members to have decision support capability for a new pre-op clinic which had additional capital allocations in the coming fiscal year.• Proforma Retrospective Review: Reviewed a year and a half worth of pharmacy kiosk revenues, utilization, etc. in comparison to previously generated proforma. A P&L of variances was analyzed and sent to pharmacy and financial stakeholders for review.
