I’m a Content Designer with a background in media production. I’m naturally curious and have always been interested in the bigger picture. My objective is simple: Write clear instructional copy that guides users through otherwise complex tasks while maintaining an approachable tone. I strive to build products that are easily navigable by a broad audience and make sense to first time users. My key strengths are communication, creativity and empathy. I use human-centered design techniques to identify user problems and build solutions for them.
