Previously, as the VP IT and Director at Capitol One Bank, I partnered with Business line and supported the delivery of Peer to Peer digital payment service. I led the ACH platforms strategy to create a multi million dollars annual cost savings, by insourcing IT, providing consistent customer experience, and provide operational efficiencies. In IT leadership positions with Sallie Mae, as CTO & Managing Director IT & Ops, I delivered Cloud-based B2B/B2C/C2B E-Commerce scalable and resilient platform saving millions. I lead the team that created a new business line; E-Banking business to offer zero fee checking and savings accounts to students. As the VP Product Management, I translated the vision into various products such EBPP, Pay by Phone, Statement Processing, Mail-In Payment and Tuition Payment Plan and 1098-T services.
