Acting as an agent of change throughout the warehouse, implementing Lean through the use of standard operating procedures, daily performance reporting, process analysis, and seven step problem-solving. Daily collaboration with multiple levels of management within the division as well as senior leadership. In this role, I have completed multiple projects outside of my main job responsibility. In preparation for a major house management system upgrade, I Instituted standardized processes in the distribution center for upcoming changes by collaborating with our national warehouse committee and the division. Lastly, I use my role to bridge the gap between different departments within the division utilizing SharePoint, Microsoft teams, creation of visual management tools and other communication streams in order to better serve the stores in our division.
