ABOUT NICCOLÒ GIOIA
Self-taught Stop Motion animator for over 10 years, I have worked as character and creature animator with Stop Motion, 3D and 2D Animation. On 29/07/2022 I attained the Master’s Degree of Cinema and Media Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, after the Bachelor’s Degree. I am currently a director and animation supervisor at Robin Studio, where I also worked as a previz artist and 2D/3D animator, collaborating with clients such as the Egyptian Museum of Turin. I recently wrote, directed and animated my thesis short film, titled “Out Of Character”, which mixes and hybridizes the different techniques of animation.
